Buying from Audio Sails
Audio Sails sells a small, rotating selection of well-cared-for music equipment through established marketplaces and local arrangements. For every purchase, the individual listing and the sales channel used at checkout are the source of truth for price, included items, shipping, return eligibility, and buyer protections.
Condition and testing
We photograph each item carefully and disclose known wear, modifications, missing accessories, and functional limitations. Listing photos are part of the item description. Gear is function-tested before listing when reasonably possible; any untested function or known issue will be stated. Used gear may show normal cosmetic wear consistent with age and use.
Shipping and packing
Most gear orders ship within one business day after payment unless the listing states otherwise. We pack each item securely and may use clean recycled materials when they do not compromise protection or presentation. Tracking is provided, and higher-value items may require insurance or signature confirmation. Item-specific shipping terms are shown in the listing.
Returns and order problems
Return eligibility and procedure follow the individual listing and the sales channel used for the purchase. Do not ship an item back until the return has been approved.

If an order arrives damaged or materially different from its listing, contact us promptly through the sales channel, include photos or video, and keep the original box and packing materials. The channel’s stated deadlines and procedures apply.
