Audio Sails is committed to honest listings, careful packing, prompt shipping, and professional communication. We take pride in presenting gear accurately and handling every order with care.

All items are described as thoroughly and accurately as possible, and listing photos should be considered part of the item description. Any notable wear, modifications, missing accessories, or known issues will be disclosed in the listing.

Most items are tested prior to listing unless otherwise stated. Because many items are used and vintage, normal cosmetic wear and age-related signs of use may be present even when an item is fully functional.

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of payment. Items are packed securely and professionally to protect them in transit. We often use clean recycled packing materials as part of our workflow, but never at the expense of protection or presentation.

Returns are handled in accordance with the listing terms and Reverb policies. Items that are not as described must be reported promptly after delivery. Returns based on buyer’s remorse, preference, or compatibility concerns are generally not accepted unless otherwise stated in the listing.
